Refund policy
By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Our products are cosmetic in nature so we cannot accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging. This is to keep customer safety our top priority.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@pellisbeauty.com to set up an exchange. You must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage in order to receive an exchange.
A return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info) for general returns of unopened products. Please note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering.
The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen or damaged. All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owed.
Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request date.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
